Assisting Operation & Building Manager
Assisting General Manager
To monitor daily administrations, Accounts and Managing employees
Establish and maintain good relationship with Residents and Committee Members
To Maintain the building and Preventive maintenance Planning
Benefits
Monthly Allowance is provided (RM500)
Will be guided from A - Z / guide on ( Akta Pengurusan Strata 2013- 757)
Office working hours
Flexible working days ( depend on requirements)
Hostel Provided for qualified candidates
