From the depth of Johorean, Datuk Nesan has over 17 years of experience in Property & Facility Management. Starting out from a small company in Johor Bahru, he grew to a very solid Property Advisor, CEO and Founder of Shine Victory. He specializes in corporate and litigation valuations and has undertaken many major corporate exercises and various submissions to the Strata Act 757 2013 of Malaysia.
He also has vast experience and strong track record in Cisco Police Singapore PC 10050.Certificate In Plantation Science & Management. He also Attended Strata Act 757 2013 seminars 2013,2016 organized by Johor Bahru City Council. 
Originally from Kuantan Pahang, Ms.Mastura Ereyana is a recent graduate of Open University Malaysia with a Bachelor of Business Administration and experienced Revenue Manager . She joined the firm in January 2019 as an Internal Auditor. Ms.Mastura will perform general accounting duties in the areas of audit and tax while continuing to study for the CPA exam.
Ms.Mastura was lives in Kota Kinabalu,Sabah and enjoys spending her free time deep sea diving with her friends , boating, water sports, fishing and practicing yoga. Please join us in welcoming Ms.Mastura to the team. 
Mr.Sathan has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of property and facilities management including Owners Corporation Management, Property Management and Sales and has extensive knowledge and conversant with the Strata Titles Act 1985 and Strata Management Act 757 2013.Among his credentials include an Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from University of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He is a registered Property Manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) and a Member of AISEC, Australia – an association for business students. Achievements : Westpac (Australian Bank) Mathematics Award. Attended and successfully completed a basic civil defense course conducted by the Department of Civil Defense, Malaysia

Responsibilities
-Responsible for the sales target set for the business
-Responsible for detailing and selling our profiles and services products to chairman of various property & professionals
-Service accounts, develop prospects, co-ordinate sales and marketing initiatives, market data collection
-Perform account management
-Set clear objectives and develop strategies for each account to drive penetration and growth
-Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)
-Service & maintain existing business (contracts, quotations, tenders, relationship management)
-Proactively seek new business opportunities to secure
-Track account sales (sales, penetration rates and market share)
-Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc
Qualifications
- SPM,Degree/Diploma,

Building Maintenance
Johor Bahru| Non-Clinical | Permanent (Full time) | we are currently seeking a Building Services Maintenance to join the team at our Shine Victory Properties This role will have responsibility for managing a viable and effective preventative maintenance programme for the whole site, including the building shell and surrounding grounds as well as ensuring that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively in line with company policies, procedures and current health and safety legislation. Responsibilities: - Assist in the completion of all monthly PPM jobs - Complete all Building Services daily/weekly checklists - Manage and complete all reactive calls within a realistic and reasonable timeframe - Understand COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations and guidelines - Assist with the ownership and management of all Health and Safety Management System folders - Carry out all Pool maintenance and complete regular pool/spa testing whilst on shift and complete fabric based tasks - Receive and take delivery of all pool chemicals in a safe manner and stored in the correct bunding - Maintain a positive, productive working relationship with all other staff - Assist the Operations Manager in the prioritisation of health & safety management in the Building Services area, ensuring policies, risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place - Ensure checking and inspection processes are completed as required and deviations are promptly actioned.
